Texas Father Alienated From Daughter In What Others Are Calling Case Of Clear Bias

A Texas Judge, Madeleine Connor has ruled today based on false accusations already disproved; that A Father from Texas named Bryan Miller cannot have equal shared parenting of his daughter, in a decision that has shocked the community, leaving him in a position a growing number of American fathers are finding themselves in.

The Judge has previously been censured and according to the Austin Statesman: “The Austin-based 3rd Court of Appeals on Friday rejected a bid by a Travis County civil district judge to overturn a court ruling that declared her a vexatious litigant”.
Despite this she has a record for awarding mostly 50/50 shared custody.

Bryan has already retained a lawyer to file an appeal and said about the ruling “She (Judge Connor) turned me down to review custody, despite my lawyer pointing out that I’m clearly being steamrolled with her (my ex) as tiebreaker”.

We reached out to Mr. Miller for a comment and he told us he seen his mother do the same thing to his father, use the system to withhold the child from a capable parent just to squeeze a few extra dollars of child support.
That even though this was New Jersey, his experience in Texas has been no different.
“It’s a clear case of bias, the judge wouldn’t even let me speak about my evidence”. He told us over a call.

If Bryan were to ask for a different judge, he wouldn’t be alone in his quest for a change of venue in his re-trial and there is precedent.
The Prosecutors in the Ken Paxton case asked for a change of venue in Collin County.

Specifically for allegations of media coverage ‘tainting’ the jury pool stating: “They also suggested that the prosecutors have been hypocritical by previously seeking the same kind of media attention they are now accusing Paxton and his allies of pursuing”.

In another recent case Attorneys for former U.S. Border Patrol agent Ronald Anthony Burgos-Aviles previously requested the 49th District Court change the upcoming trial’s venue in 2022 because their research demonstrates Burgos-Aviles will not receive a fair trial in Webb County due to insentience media coverage.

Bryan has set up a gofundme and is hoping to raise awareness through dissemination of this release that a 33% custody with split decision making on top of a 65/35 split of pre-marital property is not nor should it be the norm. “Especially after only a 2ish year marriage”.

Bryan touches down on the detriments of giving a narcissist tie-breaker decision making power, and the best-interests of the children cannot be one-sided.
